Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and provide information on AKC programs
- Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication across channels
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer inquiries
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
