Job Summary

Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
  • Maintain professional communication via team chat and ensure confidentiality of AKC records
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
