Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, documenting interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources while promoting the National Breed Club
- Utilize various software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with multi-tasking across multiple web-based applications and browser tabs
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
