Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through multiple channels, documenting interactions in Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies, while promoting resources and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
