Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and multiple software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
• Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
