Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and other software tools
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based applications and interpret data effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and independent evaluation
- Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
