Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and inquiries while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
  • Respond to emails and communicate via team chat channels, maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to attendance policies
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple computer screens and web-based applications simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
  • Strong independent critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
