Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information about AKC policies and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC programs while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Respond to emails and maintain communication with the team in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
