Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously
• Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
