Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
