Job Summary
To support the Records and Library team, the full-time Contact Center Representative will respond to customer inquiries related to the EPA, utilizing Excel for documentation and ensuring prompt service both over the phone and via email in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt service to the public accessing various EPA resources
- Utilize Excel to document and capture notes on phone call resolutions
- Return overnight voicemail messages in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- One year of supervisory or lead experience in a relevant field
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Experience in a call or contact center, or switchboard operations
- Familiarity with the Avaya phone system is a plus
- Ability to pass a government background investigation requiring Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
