Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations and explain AKC policies and programs
- Respond to emails and communicate via team chat channels in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
