Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
