Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and browser tabs
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
