Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
