Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
