Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Respond to emails and communicate via team chat channels in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
