Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and providing information on AKC policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
