Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound inquiries across multiple communication platforms, ensuring comprehensive support for all brands and departments while meeting established performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain customer information and complete transactions accurately while documenting interactions
- Respond to customer requests with compassion through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Schedule appointments for Admissions representatives and assist with escalated calls and basic troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with customers
- Ability to maintain a Quality Assurance average of 80% or higher on evaluated calls
- Experience in a contact center environment preferred
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
