Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound inquiries across multiple communication platforms, ensuring comprehensive support for all brands and departments while meeting established performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain customer information and complete transactions accurately while documenting interactions
  • Respond to customer requests with compassion through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Schedule appointments for Admissions representatives and assist with escalated calls and basic troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with customers
  • Ability to maintain a Quality Assurance average of 80% or higher on evaluated calls
  • Experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
