Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service regarding dog registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations and educate them about AKC programs and policies
  • Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task using various web-based applications and browser tabs
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
