Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service regarding dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations and educate them about AKC programs and policies
- Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task using various web-based applications and browser tabs
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
