Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while addressing inquiries related to registrations and AKC policies
  • Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers and escalate issues as necessary
  • Promote AKC resources and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
