Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing exceptional customer service related to dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, documenting interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and perform tasks simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer issues
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
