Job Summary
To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits while ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments
- Responding efficiently to customer needs, complaints, and service issues while providing support and solutions
- Building lasting relationships with customers and team members, striving to meet or exceed call center metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus
- Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; 60 words per minute preferred
- Strong attendance record and ability to work flexible hours between 6 am PST - 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday
