Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Email and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
