Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound telephone calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Email and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
