Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Assist customers with registrations and transfers of ownership, educating them on AKC policies and programs
• Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Experience using multiple computer screens and web-based tools simultaneously
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
