Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist and educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies
- Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and browser tabs simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required for effective communication
