Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
