Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and performing transactional software tasks
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
