Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while promoting AKC resources and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting relevant resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC services
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
