Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing multiple software tools and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to attendance policies
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn extensive information about AKC systems
  • Professional demeanor and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
