Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
• Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
• Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related functions
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
