Job Summary

Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies while utilizing Salesforce and various web-based tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
  • Independent critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving and evaluation
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
