Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with dog registrations and related inquiries while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and utilizing CRM tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting relevant resources
- Utilize multiple software programs effectively to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for customer interaction documentation
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and policies
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer inquiries independently
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
