Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication throughout the day
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and browser tabs simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system and related functions
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
