Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and management while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
