Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service related to dog and litter registrations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Utilize multiple software programs efficiently to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
