Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on AKC registrations, transfers of ownership, and policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software applications to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
