Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources while promoting purebred dog purchases
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer inquiries
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
