Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog registrations and customer inquiries while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Utilize multiple software applications and web-based tools to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and functions
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
