Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and provide information on AKC programs
- Utilize various software tools to respond to inquiries and maintain a professional communication style
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
