Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs effectively, ensuring accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
