Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs effectively, ensuring accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Experience in a customer service role, with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
