Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management through various channels
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related functions is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
