Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations, utilizing various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce CRM
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve issues and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
