Job Summary

Working fully remotely in the state of Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations, utilizing Salesforce and other software tools for effective issue resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies
  • Respond to emails and maintain communication with the department through team chat channels
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
