Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while addressing inquiries related to registrations and ownership transfers
- Utilize multiple software programs to provide accurate information and escalate issues as necessary
- Promote AKC resources and maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages for effective communication
