Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage patient scheduling through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service while meeting performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Build relationships with patients and co-workers via phone or Microsoft Teams
  • Schedule appointments for multiple clinics and handle new patient registrations
  • Meet daily performance metrics while maintaining compliance with patient care standards
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
