Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage patient scheduling through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service while meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients and co-workers via phone or Microsoft Teams
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinics and handle new patient registrations
- Meet daily performance metrics while maintaining compliance with patient care standards
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
