Job Summary
To support a growing patient care initiative, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, verify patient information, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handles inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for multiple clinics and assists patients with inquiries
- Maintains compliance with federal and state laws regarding patient records and ensures accurate data entry for billing purposes
- Builds relationships with patients and co-workers through professional communication and meets performance metrics
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
