Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and explain AKC policies and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members via multiple channels
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and research tasks
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
