Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and explain AKC policies and programs
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members via multiple channels
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and research tasks
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
