Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for members regarding products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear and accurate information about products and services
- Research and resolve member issues, escalating when necessary to meet service timelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, de-escalation, and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
