Job Summary
To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting call center metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming information, and addressing customer needs or complaints
- Utilizing software and tools to meet call center metrics while providing consistent customer support
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Experience in outbound sales processes is a plus
- Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office applications
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with a preference for 60 words per minute
- Must have a Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities and a stable high-speed internet connection
