Job Summary

Conducting member outreach and follow-up, the full-time Contact Center Representative will perform outbound survey calls to gather feedback on health risk assessments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound survey calls to members scheduled for in-home health risk assessments
  • Administer structured surveys to collect insights on member satisfaction and experiences
  • Record and report data accurately, identifying urgent issues for follow-up assistance
Required qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Access to a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with data entry and survey platforms is a plus
